Getting to Jodhpur

Arriving by Air

Jodhpur Airport's new terminal, inaugurated in July 2026, is a state-of-the-art facility blending modern infrastructure with traditional Rajasthani architecture. The 23,342 sq. m. terminal features 20 check-in counters, six aerobridges, advanced baggage handling systems and can serve up to 20 lakh passengers annually.

The Ummed Jodhpur Palace Resort & Spa is located just 13.7 km from the airport. Direct connectivity is available from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Pune through airlines including IndiGo and Air India. Air India now operates all Jodhpur flights from the new terminal.


Arriving by Rail

Jodhpur Junction (JU), the city's primary railway hub, connects Jodhpur with major cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Howrah. The station is approximately 11 km from the resort, making transfers quick and convenient.

Begin your morning with a wholesome breakfast before heading to IIT Jodhpur, approximately 23 km away. If you have an early reporting time, simply inform our team in advance. We will be delighted to arrange an early breakfast or prepare packed snacks for your journey.

After completing admission formalities, return to the resort for a refreshing swim, afternoon tea or a relaxing spa treatment before another memorable evening with your family.
 

Day 3 – Celebrate a New Beginning
