TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Reservations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable advance payment or as per the confirmed booking terms.
  • The hotel reserves the right to release unguaranteed reservations after the stipulated cut-off time.


2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 Noon.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.


3. Identification Requirements

  • All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.
  • Indian nationals may present an Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID.
  • Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.


4. Guest Registration & Occupancy

  • Only registered guests are permitted to occupy guest rooms.
  • Any change in room occupancy must be reported to and approved by the Front Desk.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any person who fails to comply with hotel policies, security procedures, or applicable laws.


5. Local Resident Bookings

  • Reservations from local residents of Ahmedabad and adjoining areas are subject to additional verification and hotel policy requirements.
  • The hotel does not accept bookings from local unmarried couples.
  • Guests may be required to provide valid government-issued identification and supporting documentation, where applicable, at the time of check-in.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse check-in or cancel reservations that do not comply with the hotel's booking and occupancy policies.


6. Visitor Policy

  • Visitors may be permitted in guest rooms only after registration at the Front Desk and subject to hotel policies.
  • The hotel reserves the right to restrict visitor access for security, privacy, and operational reasons.


7. Food & Beverages

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the hotel premises unless expressly approved by the management.


8. Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas and assigned smoking rooms, where applicable.
  • Smoking in non-smoking areas may attract cleaning and restoration charges.


9. Hotel Property

  • Guests shall be responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction caused to hotel property during their stay.
  • Repair or replacement costs determined by the hotel management shall be payable by the guest.


10. Prohibited Items & Activities

  • Possession or use of illegal substances, narcotics, weapons, explosives, flammable materials, or any hazardous items is strictly prohibited.
  • Gambling, unlawful activities, excessive noise, and any conduct that disturbs other guests are not permitted.


11. Electrical Appliances

  • The use of personal electrical appliances that may pose safety risks is not permitted without prior approval from the hotel.


12. Valuables

  • Guests are advised to use the in-room safe or designated safety facilities provided by the hotel.
  • The hotel shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of valuables left unattended in guest rooms or public areas.


13. Pets

  • Pets are not permitted within the hotel premises.


14. Right of Admission

  • The management reserves the right of admission and may refuse service or accommodation to any person whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unlawful, or contrary to the interests of the hotel, its guests, or staff.


15. Extension of Stay

  • Requests for extension of stay are subject to room availability and applicable rates at the time of extension.


16. Settlement of Bills

  • All outstanding charges must be settled prior to departure.


17. Force Majeure

  • The hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, power failures, or other unforeseen events.


18. Policy Compliance

  • By making a reservation and checking into the hotel, guests agree to comply with all hotel policies, safety regulations, and applicable laws.
